Pelindaba Lavender Friday Harbor

Open daily year-round, the Pelindaba Lavender Friday Harbor Product Gallery provides a location close to the ferry landing for visitors who might not be able to visit the farm for one reason or another, but who still want a taste of our handcrafted lavender products (literally and figuratively). Browse over 200 different products handcrafted at the farm, ranging from culinary, personal and therapeutic care to household and pet care – not to mention candles, wreaths, dried and fresh (in season, of course) lavender, lavender ice cream, art work of the farm by local artists and much, much more. Exhibits including the original still are on display and explain how the lavender is cultivated organically, harvested by hand and distilled onsite. It is the next best thing to a stroll through the blooming fields.

Pelindaba Lavender Farm, spread over 25 beautiful acres with lake and Olympic Mountain views, has become one of the San Juans’ most popular visitor destinations. Pets on leashes are very welcome.  More than 200 lavender-based, botanical, culinary, personal care, therapeutic, household and pet care products are handcrafted and sold on-site.

Throughout the summer a uniquely sensory experience awaits visitors to celebrate all things lavender in a safe, family-friendly way throughout the blooming fields.

Educational exhibits provide avenues for lavender learning in the on-site essential oil distillery, along with a lavender treasure hunt for all ages throughout the farm grounds. Outside activities in the fields — lawn games, kids coloring station, gourmet lavender treats and ice cream to enjoy in shaded picnic areas, u-pick in the cutting field — will create lasting memories for the whole family. Stunning photo ops are newly set up around the grounds to capture the perfect Instagram-worthy shot. The farm store and nursery are open for visitors to explore lavender to the fullest and, in all likelihood, find a few farm-made goodies to extend The Complete Lavender Experience® as they travel home.
