Lavender Northwest Terms & Conditions

All members must indicate their agreement with the following:

• 1. The term of membership is one full year from date of enrollment.  Annual renewals remain linked to the initial enrollment date.
• 2. Membership is limited to individuals who may or may not be linked to a business entity.
• 3. Active members will be entitled to attend quarterly meetings of the organization.
• 4. All active members will provide a valid email addresses for receiving notices, announcements, and other Lavender NW- related subject matter.
• 5. Professional Members may cast a single vote in elections for the Board of Directors or other matters referred to the membership.
• 6. All members will automatically be offered a renewal opportunity each year in the month prior to the expiration date of their current membership. The grace-period for renewal of a lapsed membership is 30 days following the expiration date.
• 7. Membership may be voluntarily terminated, but dues are non- refundable.
• 8. Because of time-frame issues, and any associated production/development cost commitments by the organization, fees pre-paid for individual promotional services are non-refundable.
